Regional Sales Admin Manager II

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Administration Manager to oversee the activities and operations of administrative services for their assigned sales regions. The successful candidate will play a critical role in providing general administration, financial analysis, and business support to the field sales teams within their designated regions. This position ensures the timely resolution of issues and coordinates activities between the sales team and other departments to deliver superior service to our customers. Occasional Travel will be required.
Key Responsibilities:
Includes the following and performs additional responsibilities as assigned
- Oversee administration activities for assigned sales region(s).
- Work with other Sales Administration Managers to streamline and standardize processes and ensure compliance with existing policies.
- Provides daily support for business administrative tasks for assigned region(s). Coordinates activities to support USG sales teams including customer pricing, sales reporting, and customer program management.
- Provide sales analysis to region(s) including volume, price, and profit reporting. Ensures availability and accuracy of data required for compliance reporting.
- Utilize technical data analysis skills to assess sales data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve sales performance.
- Provide controlled distribution support when necessary and coordinate communication between sales and other departments (Manufacturing, Logistics, Customer Service, etc.)
- Monitor issues, enhancements, and questions until resolution. Coordinate activities between the team and other departments to ensure superior service to our customers.
- Understands and appreciates the sensitivity in proper communication with all audiences including external customers.

Key Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required, degree in business or technical related fields preferred.
Required Skills
- Minimum five years sales operations, accounting or related fields.
- Strong customer focus with demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills; knowledge of USG products, business and customer base is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail, quality and accuracy of assigned work and projects.
- Proven time management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple demands, manage shifting priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with Customers, team members and management.
- Experience with ERP and CRM applications such as Oracle Advanced Pricing, Oracle Channel Revenue Management, Salesforce experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with analytical tools such as Tableau and OBIEE, and technical data analysis including statistical methods and data visualization tools.
- Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team; experience in sales administration, financial analysis, and business support. Project management experience is a plus.
Rate of pay may be adjusted based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
