Key Responsibilities
Reporting & Analytics
- Analyze company-wide spend data to uncover trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for process improvement.
 - Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and compelling presentations for management, supporting strategic decision-making.
 - Develop, maintain, and automate reports and dashboards (using Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel) to track KPIs related to sourcing initiatives, supplier performance, and cost savings.
 - Use data and market intelligence to build business cases and cost models that quantify improvement opportunities.
 - Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for sourcing activities and supplier performance to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
 - Identify, suggest, and execute reporting enhancements to keep sourcing moving forward and drive continuous improvement.
 
Policy & Process Optimization
- Identify and implement improvements to the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality.
 - Support the development, documentation, and enforcement of procurement policies, procedures, and internal controls.
 - Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
 - Act as a subject matter expert for procurement software and ERP systems (Oracle ERP, USG Answers, Contract Management System), helping to streamline processes and drive digital transformation.
 
Strategic Sourcing Support
- Support Oracle Sourcing processes, setups, system enhancements, and end-user training.
 - Assist the Strategic Sourcing team with initiatives such as preparing RFPs, evaluating vendor proposals, contract negotiations, and strategy development.
 - Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve issues related to delivery, quality, invoices, or payment discrepancies.
 - Assist with evaluating supplier performance, providing reports, reviewing data, and offering insights.
 - Help manage savings and projects for the Strategic Sourcing team.
 - Promote and support the Sourcing SharePoint site and its evolving functions.
 
Plant/Production Support
- Serve as a primary troubleshooting contact for plant/site-level purchasing teams, providing guidance on procurement processes, policy compliance, and system usage.
 - Support management of the Sourcing Service Desk queue and recommend data-driven process improvements.
 - Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve issues related to raw materials and indirect goods and/or services.
 
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
 - 2+ years of proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain analysis.
 - AI experience and the ability to use Power BI/Tableau to drive sourcing forward are strongly desired.
 - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); experience with ERP/procurement software (e.g., SAP, Ariba, Oracle) is highly desired.
 - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage and interpret large datasets.
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with both internal stakeholders and external vendors.
 - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment.
 - Knowledge of basic Lean Six Sigma practices; Green Belt preferred.
 - Experience in a purchasing environment is a big plus.
 - Hybrid: 2-3 days per week in person in HQ office

Rate of pay may be adjusted based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
