Job Title: Shared Services Administrator - Combined
Role & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily execution of administrative support tasks within an office setting at a manufacturing plant.
- Financial role may include but is not limited to bookkeeping, accounts payable, payroll, and secretarial tasks as assigned.
- Performs human resources duties including assisting with plant safety program activities, supporting the local sourcing model, participating in new employee onboarding, and answering employee inquires.
- Maintenance of an organized filing system.
- Assists and cross trains for various office functions/tasks as needed.
- Typical hours are 7:00 a.m. -3:30 p.m. with some overtime to meet time sensitive goals.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Associates degree or minimum 3 years experience in a similar position is preferred. Basic accounting and general understanding of Human Resources practices and policies is an asset.
- Detail oriented in the generation and maintenance of records, filing systems, etc.
- Well-developed organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, plan, and execute multiple tasks.
- Advanced interpersonal skills and have the ability to build rapport within a diverse workforce environment. Fostering high levels of trust with employees is crucial to the role. Able to stay calm when confronted with high emotions.
- Versatile and readily adaptable to new, different, or changing circumstances.
- Some exposure to workplace safety administration is also a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software and possess the aptitude to learn new computer applications as required. Experience with Oracle is a plus.

Rate of pay may be adjusted based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
