The digital services are based on to be improved data and process models and will be provided for all our customers in the US, Canada, and LATAM.
POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Salesforce Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing Salesforce-related projects within the company, ensuring they are completed in a timely manner and within budget. The Salesforce Project Manager will coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with company goals, maintain project scope, manage risks, and provide project reporting. This role is pivotal in driving digital transformation and enhancing our CRM capabilities.
Minimal travel may be required.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Includes the following and performs additional responsibilities as assigned.
Lead Salesforce Projects:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and deployment of new features and functionalities to our existing Salesforce CRM systems.
- Collaborate with IT, business teams, and external vendors to define requirements, design solutions, and develop implementation plans.
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Drive Digital Transformation:
- Champion the adoption of new technologies and digital tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication among diverse stakeholders.
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, monitor project progress, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Enhance CRM Capabilities:
- Process documentation for new or enhanced business processes as part of project work
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and reduce errors.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
- Explore and implement AI-powered solutions to automate tasks, improve forecasting, and enhance decision-making.
- Program Management:
- Develop and update Salesforce enhancement roadmap
- Plan and manage portfolio of projects including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Monitor project and portfolio progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation plans to ensure project success.
- Track program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, to optimize resource utilization.
Stakeholder Management:
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Manage the expectations of various stakeholders, including consultants, team members, and senior management.
- Foster collaboration and effective communication among diverse stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required. Degree in technical discipline such as Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering preferred.
Project Management Expertise:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
- PMP certification is mandatory.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional, and strategic initiatives.
Salesforce Platform Knowledge:
- At least 5 years of experience in a Product Manager or comparable position, specifically working with the Salesforce platform.
- Technical understanding of Salesforce architecture capabilities and ecosystem including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.
- Experience with modern data architecture and integration approaches, particularly service-oriented and event-driven architecture concepts.
Technical Proficiency:
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira) and a solid understanding of CRM systems, AI technologies, website analytics, and marketing automation tools.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Leadership and Communication:
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate complex, technical concepts to a broad-based stakeholder audience.
- Able to handle sensitive and confidential information and adhere to established ethical guidelines and standards.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve project challenges.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Process design and documentation skills
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Certified Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder.
- Experience in the Manufacturing/Construction industry
- Experience with ERP systems and other relevant software applications.
Rate of pay may be adjusted based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
