Production Operator-Miscellaneous Crew
Role & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for operating the dunnage machine.
- Responsible for unloading raw material trucks, including paper and glass mat rolls Responsible for. stacking/storing raw materials in the warehouse.
- Responsible for emptying trash hoppers throughout the plant.
- Requires operation of a forklift, waste truck, man lift, and other mobile equipment, including. inspections prior to use.
- Responsible for inventory counts on raw materials.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Ability to safely work in a manufacturing environment and follow all plant safety rules and practices.
- Treats other employees with dignity and respect in all situations.
- Maintains teamwork and a focus on effective communication.
- Maintains a high standard for housekeeping within the work area.
- Basic computer skills needed for data entry and reporting, as well as Visual Work Instruction creation.
- Ability to be trained on safe, proper operation of mobile equipment.
- Ability to troubleshoot minor issues in the production process.
- Recognizes unsafe conditions or hazards within work area.
- Ability to make machine and process adjustments to ensure product is within required specifications.

- Shift: Rotating Day, 8 hours, 7am – 3pm.

Pay Rate/Range: $26.60/hr
Rate of pay may be adjusted based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
