This position will lead and assist with administrative related responsibilities for the following departments:

Environmental:

This position is the environmental coordinator for the Red Wing plant.

• Maintain and report all data to appliable federal/state/local agencies
• Coordinate with USG environmental and sustainability initiatives
• Conduct all environmental sampling as required

Quality:

• Perform all testing as required by operational bulletins and plant procedures
• Quality data organization, tracking, entry

Production Planning

• Plan production schedules based on forecasting of internal and external customer demands.
• Coordinate with USG strategic sourcing and USG transportation on purchase and delivery of raw materials.
• Ensure raw materials meet specifications based on quality and environmental requirements.

General:

1. This position will be responsible for multiple model programs related to the core functions listed above.

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must possess a valid drivers license and be able to drive company vehicle
• Must demonstrate excellent organizational skills, time management skills, and discipline in performing administrative duties to ensure deadlines are met or exceeded.
• Must be reliable, self-motivated, and possess a proven ability to work independently with a willingness and capability to learn.
• Must possess general administrative skills, including basic computer aptitude (Work, Excel, Oracle experience or similar).
• Previous experience in an administrative or clerk role is preferred.

Pay Rate: $32.60/hr

Rate of pay may be adjusted based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
