Job Title: Summer Help

Pay Rate: $ 19.50

No additional benefits will be provided with temporary positions. This position will report to the operations manager.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Performance of various manual labor tasks in manufacturing environment.
• Follow established safety rules.
• Assist with special projects.
• Perform general housekeeping duties.
• Able to interpret verbal and written instructions.
• Possess basic communication and problem-solving skills.
• Open to shift work, weekends, and overtime as required.
• Perform general housekeeping duties.
• All other related tasks and projects.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• This is a temporary position for a fixed duration.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and successfully complete USG’s pre-employment screening requirements.
• Positions are typically extended to students to assist with meeting school expenses.
• Ability to meet the essential physical requirements of the position.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Must possess the ability to work safely and effectively in a warehouse and manufacturing environment.
• Candidates demonstrating above average safety performance, work performance and meeting all attendance requirements may be considered for future full-time positions at the Jacksonville plant.

Rate of pay may be adjusted based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
