Job Title: Production Operator (Mill)
Role & Responsibilities: Responsible for making equipment adjustments to ensure proper specifications are met. Adhere to all safety/housekeeping requirements within mill department. Basic troubleshooting/maintenance skills to facilitate equipment performance. Recording of production data and other results in the manner required. Expected to take an active role in all plant safety and continuous improvement initiatives as required by supervision. Adaptable to scheduling requirements including shiftwork, assignment of overtime, working weekends, etc. where applicable.
Qualifications & Requirements: Some prior experience operating off-road equipment is preferred. Familiar with common hand tools (sledgehammer, wrench, screwdrivers, etc.) Able to operate assigned mobile equipment in a safe manner. Ability to learn to operate plant equipment and mobile equipment such as a front-end loader. Ability to work independently to complete assigned tasks. Ability to troubleshoot minor issues with the equipment. Team player, good communication skills needed with all co-workers. Maintain regular and predictable attendance.

Rate of pay may be adjusted based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
